Water element is the ability for monsters to use water, usually in the form of high pressure jets, to attack. Monsters such as Plesioth and Daimyo Hermitaur naturally use water element. Water element is possibly the most overlooked, often monsters with a water weakness have an even higher weakness to Dragon Element. Hunters are able to infuse their weapons with the elemental power of water, often through the use of aquatic creature's materials in the weapon's construction. Water element weapons usually show a white splash upon impact.
