Here's a concern of mine that's become more noticeable as I've been playing through:
This game is way too easy.
I mean, I cleared all 1, 2 and 3 star village quests in basic Yukumo armor. I'm using level-appropriate weaponry and I'm rocketing through everything this game throws at me. I don't even consider myself an expert MH player like Artemis or any of the other admins. I remember Unite, when you needed to craft a ton of gear as soon as 2 star village just so you weren't getting your ass laid out in seconds by Yian Kut-Ku. And G-rank stuff? Near-impossible unless you were playing multiplayer. I really find Portable 3rd the easiest Monster Hunter yet. That's right, even easier than Tri. I think Capcom is trying too hard to open the game up to casual players, and it's resulting in an overly easy experience. I don't know. let me know if any of you found this as you played through.
