My first encounter was with Tri in April 2012, when I heard about it while on Capcom Unity signing the Get Me Off the Moon! Bring Back Megaman Legends 3! petition. I thought it looked cool, so I bought it from Gamestop, which had it on sale at $14.99 at the time. I was hooked immediately. Before Monster Hunter, I was more of a casual gamer, playing only titles that "interested" me. Now I can say with certainty that those days are long gone.
