Oi, I'm Back!

Hiya, I'm Dizzy, the Loligoth!

also referred as the Violet Rage now lolz

Started monster hunting when the first came out for ps2 along with that, I paintball, commercially now, sponsored, have a home field, and proud. I also play scenario paintball as well, and whenever I campout for multiday games, I play nothing but monster hunter on my spare time, aside from cleaning my markers and gear alike. (just incase you're wondering, I only run with the best markers around, Planet Eclipse FTW)

Not gonna hand down all my personal info, but just to clarfy the confusion people might have about me, (Ha! found a boy-ish pic of me, but I don't know which one to post) I'm a guy, I know I look like a chick in all my pics, so don't be like the last handful of people trying to hit on me on other forums okies? now you know. I just happen to be feminant and like make up, not ashamed of admitting it either, infact, all my friends, girlfriends and even my ex's love me for it. =3 =3 =3

Okies, now thats out of the way. was HR 20 in the first MH, and never got up and off on MHF (stayed HR1) I'm currently HR 5 on MHF2 and writing a story about my adventures starting from the first MH, it's about me and how I would have started off if MH was real. Lame I know, but to kill the time at my work.

I play lots of games and as you know it, Halo 3, Rainbow 6 Las Vegas 2, FF11 online, Ragnarok online, COD4, lalala. I'm a LoliGoth/Goth, luv shopping at hot topic, renegade, black fly, lip service and blacklist. =3

I luv to eat fruity pebbles, drowning them and burying them in my belly. =3 I'm a mutt, a mix of alot of things, generally korean, german, and hispanic. Luv my kimberse .45 and my sweet beretta px4 storm .40 tis shiny. nya

I'm very easy to get along with, and not easily tempered. Am not crazy... ...nya

oh and and and

I hate oxygen.

The Monster Hunter Known As DizzyEdit

Kirinthundersword
Demiibabii4uAdded by Demiibabii4u

I use my real name for my character, Dizzy. I consider myself somewhat of a newhalf, I'm androgynious by nature, and am quite content with it. If I'm to be labeled something, male to female transgender/hermaphrodite/whatever is fine, people mistake me for being a girl very often, but I care naught. My character is Dizzy, female, HR 20, and was well known by many on the first Monster Hunter. My character wore a High Metal Cap, with the following, Personal Vest, Sleeves, Frills, and Pink Metal Boots. No matter how many more powerful weapons and armor I possessed, I ALWAYS used this armor combo, with the Dead Revolver, save for against the Fatalis. MHF1, I didn't have much of a go on for that game, since it was pretty much like the first MH and brought bad memories, what with the closing of the servers that is.... MHF2 however, I enjoyed very much, and continue on with some of my many lost friends. I'm HR 5, still having much to do, and lots of monsters to slay. I've managed to get alot of my old armor back like the personal items, and stuff I had back on MH. However I currently run with full set custom Kirin, and specialize with Hunting Horns, especially the Basarios Rock MkII being my next signature weapon, with my least used weapon being Dual Swords. I look forward to running with you all someday, and perhaps, for the few who might remember me, we might see eachother again.

Update:xx-xx-xxxx

I've continued the hunt now, having acquired Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, still thriving and aspiring to become better. My armor has updated much since then, still favoring the hunting horns, such as Volcanic Rock, and hammers, like my Sanctioned Gunhammer. I've become more proficient with a bow as well, yet not having obtaining any I still like particularly, but the Prominent Bow will have to suffice.

Uber Update: 03-06-2011

Wow, I hadn't realized how long it's been since I last roamed the wiki lolz, whelp, I've been playing Monster Hunter Tri a bit, already beat the game, now just hr grinding, sitting at HR84 right now (bleh), new favorites are still the Dead (eye) Revolver (whats with the eye in it?) and my Skyscraper), along with my favorite armor set Agnaktor+, makings lancing a sinch, and along with many other armors, (just can't sit with one) lolz

In Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, I'm HR9, having beating the game, they're still lots to do (so hyped about MHF3 and upcoming Monster hunter frontier for Xbox 360) my favorite weapons still haven't changed, they're just High Rank and G versions now. Also introducing....our group on Facebook! find me! (search) Dizzy Rage

Wyvern Task Force 1 (WTF! for short)Edit

The designated groupie/clan name for us closely bounded hunters! Located on Facebook as well. =3

Dizzy TipsEdit

Check in every now and then for more tips!

"Always keep your eyes on the enemy, study it's movement, learn what all he's capable of, then learn how to counter it's exsistence"

"Watch for momentary lulls in your opponents attack pattern, strike at the center of that exposed moment of vulnerability, and victory shall be yours."

"Never become to cocky to swing away your sword, for you're very much bound to swing away your life as well."

"Most foes will take atleast two turns to face you before engaging, stay on the move til he's finished, and you will witness a easily seen flaw as your foes claw/breath/tackle the empty space where you once stood"

"There are many ways to avoid the stunning result of a roar, you can either block, execute a fleeing dive the moment it roars, throw a flash bomb, strike at it, or stay clear from it's general area. However, be aware that not all of these options will save you with certain foes."

Dizzy Tips ContinueEdit

"Aim at the head as best as you can, for most creatures leave them prone in some way or form when fighting."

"Know your enviroment, for nature is as much as your friend... as it is your enemy..."

"For those whom cannot block, a 'Fleeing Dive' is your best bet to avoid taking damage, and status infliction."

"Only recover when your opponent is pre-occupied by executing a maneuver"

"Always make an attempt to paint the beast you're hunting. This is especially useful when you're fleeing with a valuable item in your hands that renders you from running at full speed. With your opponent painted, and marked on your HUD, you can anticipate from where he's gonna attack next without watching him."

"When working with teamates, be conscious about them, avoid upperswung moves with a GS, Hammer, or maneuvers that'll send other players around you, into a tumble, that can result in a tragic end."

"Whenever they're present, eliminate minions, as they can very well send you to your doom as much as the boss himself."

"Never meet a monsters charge head on."

"Do your best to avoid getting cornered."

"Stamina is required to uphold your shield, without it, your defense will fail..."

"Make sure to stop by your Felyne Kitchen for a good meal once awhile, they offer alot of good treats and yield valuable items to you whenever you should speak amongst them."

"A weapon is only as good as he or she whom wields it."

"Numbers don't decide victories, only the players whom know how to apply it, when and how will win."

Odd Dizzy Discoveries!Edit

"The Enemy Of My Enemy, Is My Friend...Well, was anyway..."

Long ago, as I made my way to finish the job of hunting a Rathian in MHF2, I entered the same cave where it slumbered in the jungles. It twas naught only the Rathian and I who occupied it at the time. For in that very same cave, (not really amusing for the least part) Velocipreys roamed about till they noticed me. They did the occasional "I RAWR AT CHU" bit, but what happened next, came as somewhat of a shocking, pleasant surprise. After they rawred at me, they made their way towards the Rathian, and began attacking her... I'm wondering at this time, is this a glitch? or are they actually tired of being eaten in the CG movies lolz. Anyho, I couldn't think long about it, as the frustrated Rathian began to attack me with Velos trailing her. As she and I engaged, the Velos continued to gnaw on her back, not once attacking me. My newly found allies, despite their best efforts, were eventually put down, from getting in the way of the Rathians charge and fireball attacks. They were avenged however, as I soon slew the bewildered Rathian, and ended the queens reign.

If that was indeed a glitch, I liked it, well, sorta. You see, I can't exactly catch the Rathian when they keep waking her up. >.< If not a glitch, then the Velocipreys and I are friends. ^.^ Wii

"The Disappointed Hunter"

I'm seriously disappointed...after engaging the Lunastra for the first time... I'm sad... The Kushala Daora could put up a better fight with both of his wings tied. Here I was expecting a challenge...something new and different...well, while it did display some mild forms of fireworks, none of it saved her skin in the end...how lame. I'm gonna go cry now XC

"Wow...I'm still in Kyoto guys"

Atleast my name is still on the roster at a Kendo tour I participated in back in Japan... O.o o.O o.o O.O ^.^

When Dizzy Was A NewbletEdit

A newblets insight of how Dizzy did it the first time.

Q: How did you first take on a Kut Ku?

A: "Well, after getting ran over by him the first couple of times, and getting tail whipped, I just generally sat back and watched him, and observed his blunt movements, which way he swings first, ya know. I soon learned to stay away from his right side, and generally stay out of it's way should he make very sharp turns. After that, it became easy. oh, they also threw in the dive attack, both short and long range."

Q: What about a Gypceros?

A: "I learned very quickly about his flash ordealy, and either countered it with a block, or fleeing dive. He pretty much lets you know when he plans on executing this move, he'll initiate the 'HitMeNow' (generally the only time you have to make a descision about how to counter the flash) then is followed by the flash, inflicting the status known as 'Knock Out'. but other than that, moves similiarly to a Kut Ku, once you break the stone upon his head, it's like a double opportunity to keep striking him ya know. Oh and other than venom for fire, and the flash deal, he also tends to feign death quite a couple of times, usually you can tell when he fakes it by the music playing. The boss theme ends generally when the thing dies by a initial hit, when the music is still playing by the time he hits the floor, he's bull POOPING it, get what I mean? If you're unsure, throw something at it when it stops squirming, oh and stand the hell away from it if you have weak armor, it's 'wake up thrash' is not pretty."

Q: Whats your insight about a Cephadrome?

A: "What, that coward? sure they're big, long and tough looking, but leaves his head too exposed for a good clean hit after he decides to shoot you with sand (hint hint) not too mention, I generally stay underneath his feet, and roll towards the opposite direction of his 'Hip Check' attack, while i'm underneath, which in turn, misses me, and leaves him exposed once more, very clean, and simple enemy to fight, save for the fishing part in my opinion, oh and his additional new sand skip technique"

Q: Basarios?

A: "Probably amongst one of the few favorite and adorable wyverns I like to fight. One who can pull an egg roll, and make it look pretty. =3 The first couple of times I fought this creature, I used a gun, never died once against it, very slow. In the first generation, he was actually capable of using the 'Red Beam Of Death' which was very remote, and very rare to see, most commonly seen used by his elder form Gravios. His chances of using this attack was at a all time low, I've yet to see him use this in MHF2. He use his 'Hip Check' move commonly, along with a lil toot of poison and tail whips. Most notably one of the first monsters I started to trail after he charged, and witness the first of many 'Tail Wagging' moves, which generally turned me off, and had to wait for him to quit being excited. Never had much of a problem fighting him, just keep your eye on him, I know he's cute, but hits like a truck should the victim be wearing prey armor and below. If you can take a Cephadrome, you can definantly take this cutie. His big brother though...x.X nya."

Q: His big brother?

A: "Nya! Tis what we call a Gravios. While the Basarios is the juvenile form, the Gravios is one big bacon compared to the bits. This was actually infact, was my first wyvern to fight and defeat in my younger days, thanks to Jace and his instructing, I learned how to fight these effectively today. I'll be honest, it wasn't easy, when he rages and roars, that a good possibility it'll all be over for you. When i finally soloed this guy, I went by gun, Grenade launcher, and wore amongst the weakest armors made, the hornetaur armor. Sure it was crap, but allowed me to continue fighting without the shock from the roar immobilizing me. Ear plugs, can change combat big time, make things easier for you. Be aware though, if you don't stay on the move, one plow is all it takes from a Grav to finish you. The hornetaur armor was one of the easiest armor sets to get at the very beginning with high grade earplugs, good option if you can't get ahold of garuga armor."

Q: Interesting, doesn't the Cephadrome have a similiar relative? except it actually swims in water?

A: "Let me tell you something, all Piscines are natural cowards in my opinion, and a Plesioth, is most definantly one of the biggest. Fights exactly like a Cephadrome, except take it's natural sand attributes and traits, and switch it with water, and let it grow and gain a extra couple of tons and few inches (okies, a few yards). maybe a few changes like... IT'S THE FIRST FISH TO RUN LIKE A CHICKEN! haha, no joke though, give it room should he dicide to run towards his preferred spot of jumping in the water. that, and ofcourse he's bigger, his attacks are gonna have some ri-donk-culous range. They threw in the land skidding technique in for him too. Very prone to Sonic bombs, just like all piscines apparently. I prefer taking this thing on with a gun, or a bow nowdays. although when fighting in pairs, i'll let someone shoot, while i go CQB."

Q: Is it true you found the Rathalos to be intimidating?

A: "Honestly, yea, I never did want to dance with that thing at close quarters, after seeing my friends had so much trouble with it. But I was eventually forced to solo it, and my weapon at the time was a Shotgun (Azure). I pelleted him all hardcore, unto his dying breath, along with what ammunition i could buy, didn't know what items made which and stuff when I was a newblet hehe. Then I learned how easy it was to craft Clust lvl 2s, made combat alot more easier, and at the same time, my skills with a hammer was flourishing. Took a los with a anvil hammer, then a dead revolver to the rest of the Rathalos I would come to fight before the closing of the first generation. They added quite alot of tricks up it's sleeves since last I fought them, like the increased range on the aerial claw attack dealy, I remember back in the old days of MH, you could stand away from that technique and not be fazed by it. That changed when I got on MHF2, decided to take it on, and whoa, did that thing zoom in fast on me. I use hammers more often when fighting, so my only choice to evade that technique was to run and dive, or hide behind something solid. You're generally safe from his airbourne fire attacks if your underneath him, and should he take off, never take your eyes off him period."

Q: What about his female counterpart, the Rathian?

A: "Same deal, save for the fact that, in my opinion, is far more combative and fiercer in battle. It was a lil more tougher to take out when I size up the two, and that should be natural. I firmly believe that the female of the pair should be more difficult to fight, seeing as she would need to be to protect her youngs from being eaten by the daddy (insert national geagraphics intro). Different things I found was the fact that she can follow up with another tail flip after her first one, which changed some of my tactics alil. other than that, her home-in charge is still annoying as ever. I'm aware this is a more ground based version of the Rathalos too.

Q: What of the Diablos?

A: "I was freaked about fighting this thing, that was until I found out it too was prone to sonic bombs. I used to gun him down often, but now am very comfortable fighting him with hammer based weapons."

Q: Monoblos then?

A: "I honestly didn't fight this monster til after the servers got closed, by then, I was already well adept at handling sub species of the Diablos, but if I had encountered him for the first time online, I would have used a gun."

Q: On to Elder Dragons then, Tell me of your first engagment agains't the Lao Shan Lung?

A: "This was me. (O.O) I didn't want to get closed to that thing so I used a heavy bowgun. It was later that I found it relatively safe getting close to it, started with a lance on the head, then found it to be more vital attacking the feets, with a hammer. actually slowed him down faster and longer. I one has to say is watch out for his tail."

Q: Fatalis?

A: "I had heard so much about this creature and was waiting for it, I learned fast about taking it on, and listened to my friends whom had experience fighting it. I never did go close quarters with it, after watching players with stronger armor go agains't it, only to fail miserably. Now in MHF2 these things don't even do that much damage to you when just stepping, and turning, making close quarter combat possible."

Q: Now moving onto some of the more newer generation, what did you think of the Congalala?

A: "Er, wasn't too much of a challenge, very simple to combat, slow, his charge bit can be irritating, but basically just a hit, dogde to the right, hit again, repeat the whole time, and you're pretty much fine fighting this pink fur ball of joy...and odor"

Q: And his snow top bretheren?

A: "By far, one of the more tricky and cowardly fighters in the series (IMO), alot of moves to watch for from this primate, but generally maintain distance, and hit the Blangonga with something that offers range, Hunting Horn, Longsword, blah, repeat fighting style used for the Congalala, and you're fine, keep a eye on him at all times though, he moves decently fast."

Q: Daimyo Hermitaur?

A: "It was very intresting taking this creature on for the first time. While mildly slow, one of his attacks had a re-donk-ulous area of damage (his bubble blast namely) i'm noweher near his face when he lets this one fly, near his claw more like and i'm still effected by the blast as if it hit me directly, oddly enough, he just didn't seem to wanna die for my first time, just generally use the same stradegy.

Q: Shogun Ceanataur?

A: "Definitly offers up more of a challenge, but is generally the same as a Diamyo Hermitaur, in the same sense as fighting style, except quicker, which would be natural for a shogun of the carapaceon dynasty, haha."

MemoirEdit

In honor and memory of those special to me (Dizzya_Faith) whom served before the closing chapter of the first Monster Hunter generation, may we see eachother again.

Uni_Uni: Who was absolutely obsessed with taking away my innocence, and a reliable gunner.

N1tara: Very reliable lancer, she and I along with one other made up the "Femi Ninja Squad", dedicated to serving lonely hunters with one quest only.

dizzy1: A guy with a wonderful personality and excelled at a wide variety of weapons, skills only outmatched by his goofiness.

R3yK1nG: The one and only mexican marine, and my bestest friend in the whole world. Although silly he is, very capable person, and couldn't ask for anyone else better, to look after my back, especially in paintball.

RyuBane: Despite lacking humor, due to autism he claims, he was very informative, and persuasive. Please be noted that being humorless is not implied to everyone whom is diagnosed with autism, everyone can, or cannot be funny, it's all about the beings personality.

EmoVixen: Whom was not very emo acting, thankfully, she was a very upright and high spirited figure around the group.

KitKatKO: A very insane person, whom was very random and cheerful.

Dex_Raven: Only second to R3yK1nG as far as best friend, he's well known for his history of multiple rivalry, thus being dubbed "The Infamous Dex Raven". As a paintballer, he has happily accepted the new nick name I bestowed upon him and his paintball marker, Red Raven.

Leon_Xcalavor: Amongst my favorite cousins whom play, he favors the dual swords over everything.

Sefirix: Another one of my favorite cousins, he's very indecisive, but shares many qualities very much like my own.

XRaineX: Lethal, brutal, but very kind hearted. A leading motherly figure amongst the group, she's very helpful as far as dealing with emotional problems others may have troubles with. Very proficient with a heavy bowgun.

1234JACE: Though very naive, and annoying, he was nevertheless, a very capable instructor and guiding teacher when I first started monster hunting.

FoxyGrrl: Amongst the few internet lovers I've encountered, she and I have worked with eachother before on Ragnarok Online.

VALORIE: Regardless of her melancholy like state, she is very compassionate about her friends, even if she doesn't state it, nor share it.

XmeCRAZY: There's not a care in the world that can bother this chick, very upbeat and positive, her temper can easily flare by negativeness brought upon us.

LosKilla: Amongst the few professed swordsmen that'll never upswing, unless if to save a life.

oohlalalara: A very cheerful girl, whom enjoys a good conversation, and always manages to smile her way out of drama.

MrRice: "Moble Dictionary" as we always called him, this asian kid, talks with alot of spunk and makes learning more interesting.

fangoboy: A crazy, selfcentered kid with an interesting take of how we should live under his rule.

KrunkKrux: Whom hardly ever acted mature, but was funny, and determined to die with a smile or a joke at the end.

FelicityRage: One of the later "Femi Ninjas" she had been there to help solve some of my emotional issues at hand, issues long cured because of her.

XxCLOUDxX: Great player, all around kind and wonderful person to chill and play KOTH with in monster hunter, often used the eternal annilator.
