Town
From Monster Hunter Wiki
The Town is an area where you can fight Elder Dragons such as Teostra and Rusted Kushala Daora. You can also fight the Shen Gaoren here. The area first appears in HR 3, but only after beating the Lao-Shang. Alternatively, it can be found in the Elder Quests (fighting Shen Gaoren). You can get all sorts of supply items from the camp area if you look around.

The Town is armed with mounted Ballista Turrets, Cannons and the ultimate weapon, the Dragonator. If you want to get Ballista Shots or Cannon shots you can get them from Base camp and Area 1.

- The town is actually a part of Dondruma Town.
- There is a trick to getting onto Shen Gaoren's back in the town.
- Any monsters fought in the Town will only travel between Area 2 and Area 3. They will never enter Area 1.
- There is a trick to hitting the Shen Gaoren with Ballista shots before it is within sight.
