A relatively powerful Great Sword, it becomes overshadowed later in the game by other greatswords in terms of raw power. Since it is possible to kill the Tigrex in the early mission "A Taboo of Negligance", it is useful early in your hunting career. If you have enough skill to do so, you may make the Tiger Agito by HR 2 and use that weapon for quite a while as it's much more powerful than most easily obtained Great Swords.
Unfortunately, the negative affinity of this weapon hurts its usefulness. This can be fixed with Reckless Abandon +3, and seeing how this weapon is one of the few blue sharpness weapons for low rank, it is still worth using. F
