An Area first featured in Monster Hunter Frontier Forward.2. As the name suggests, it's a tropical area, with beaches, a mangrove swamp and more heavily forested regions. There is also an active volcano visible in the distance, and the entire area seems accessible only by boat. The tide comes in at night, then recede during the day. This area also has cavernous areas that are inhabited by Taikun Zamuza, Daimyo Hermitaur, Shogun Ceanataur, Pariapuria, and Meraginasu. Interestingly this island also harbors a unique type of poisonous Thunderbug that live in nests within trees.

Hitting trees will cause the nests of the unique Thunderbug's to crash on the ground making them attack both hunters and monsters with poison. One HR100 Gogomoa quest is during the evening and if the Thunderbug's are angered they will have unusually larger swarms and have the ability to home in on their target following every movement. Hard Core Gogomoa uses the nests of the Thunderbug's as a weapon throwing them smashing them on targets and the ground spilling poison and previously unseen sleep liquid.
