Thunderlord Zinogre is a legendary Fanged Wyvern known in some legends in Yukumo Village. In those legends, it is called the Thunder Wolf Wyvern King. This rare individual is an unusual Zinogre able to hold more lightning in its body than usual.
Habitat Range[]
In the Old World, Thunderlord Zinogre have been sighted in the Misty Peaks, Jurassic Frontier, Jungle, Tower, Frozen Seaway, and Sanctuary. They've also been spotted inhabiting the Deserted Island in the New World.
Ecological Niche[]
Thunderlord Zinogre are quite high in the food chain. They are known to feed on herbivores like Aptonoth and small Bird Wyverns like Gargwa. However, Thunderlord Zinogre have to compete with larger predators in their environment, including Elder Dragons, such as Rathalos, Lagiacrus, Mizutsune, and Glavenus.
Biological Adaptions[]
Thunderlord Zinogre have many of the same adaptions as Zinogre, however, there is a few differences between them. These Zinogre have one horn larger than the other and have a gold appearance on certain portions of their body. Due to Thunderlord Zinogre holding more electricity in their body, they are known to constantly be fully charged. Though they are fully charged constantly, Thunderlord Zinogre can charge up to a farther level beyond a normal Zinogre's limits. This True Awakening turns Thunderlord Zinogre's lightning gold, similar to Rajang, while also granting it never before seen abilities with its lightning. From this new charge level, its Thunderbugs are greatly affected by this lightning. This gold lightning grants the Thunderbugs a more powerful charge that they can barely control.
Behavior[]
Thunderlord Zinogre are truly dangerous monsters. The Hunter's Guild only allow hunters with special permits to hunt them down.
