Rathian[]
I heard that Rathian can be found in the Rotten Vale, but I have found no proof for that... though we can find traces of the Pink Rathian there.

Well, for what i know there's a Rathian in Rotten Vale but... She doesn't feel good at all... I don't remember exactly in which area but you can find some pieces of her decomposed body somewhere in the rotten vale, along with a diablos tail and skull... I only remember that area is one of the areas with effluvial gas, but i don't remember exactly where...
So Rathian in Rotten Vale is just part of the scenario for what i know, never found any pic/video that proofs a possible appeariance of a (living) Rathian in Rotten Vale.
