RemarksEdit

• The Rising Tempest is the second most powerful Raw Lance in MHFU. (after the Ukanlos Calamity) However, it suffers from negative affinity. This lance becomes extremely powerful if used in conjunction with Reckless Abandon+2/3, giving it neutral or +20% affinity respectively (white sharpness has a bonus of 10% to Reckless Abandon skills for negative/zero affinity weapons). It is also recommended to use Sharpness+1 with this weapon, as it gains a decent amount of purple sharpness. When used with these skills, it becomes an incredibly powerful lance, one that any avid lancer should own.
• This lance is arguably the best raw-damage lance in the game. It is rivalled by the Ukanlos Calamity lance, which has superior raw, but a worse level of affinity and highly inferior sharpness.
