Mission Type: Gathering Items
Goal: Deliver 1 Well-Done Steak
Reward: 100z
Area: Forest and Hills
Time Limit: 50 Minutes
Requestor: Village Chief
Description: You can't eat Raw Meat! You've got to cook it first! I want you to barbecue some meat and bring a piece back to the camp!
Once you have some meat, push [] with the BBQ pit selected and the cooking mini-game will begin! Listen to the music, then once its stops watch the meat, approx two seconds after the music stops you will see a subtle change in the meat color. Push X and watch your character revel in his triumph!

Goal: Deliver 2 Herbs and 1 Spiderweb
Reward: 100z

Description: You can find all sorts of useful items during a hunt. Search around and bring me 2 Herbs and 1 Spiderweb!
HINT: Look for herbs at the base of the tree in area 2, or in the middle of the left path as you enter area 4, or in area 3 with the yellow colored flowers. Spiderwebs can be found at the top of the cliff in area 6, and next to trees in areas 8 and 10.

Goal: Deliver 2 Potions

Description: You cam combine items to make new ones! Start with the basics: a Potion! You'll need a Blue Mushroom, and... oh, what was the other?
HINT: First of all Blue Mushroom + Herb = Poop
Blue mushrooms can be found on the rocks in area 3, in area 8 near the entrance to area 9, in area 10 behind the tree next to the pond, and can be carved from various mossswine that inhabit areas 6 and 8. You should remember where the herbs are from the previous quests.

Goal: Deliver 1 Sushifish

Description: You can use the fish you catch in all sorts of ways! Catch a health restoring Sushifish and bring it back to the camp!
HINT: Your can find the sushifish in area 11. Be carfull though there is a bufflango in that area so be prepared!

Goal: Slay 3 Velociprey

Description: HELP! The children are being attacked by small, blue monsters called Velociprey! Three of the beasts are outside! Do something!
HINT: You can find them in area 8. There a little rough with your first sword so try and upgrade or get a better one, or if you can fight them with it make sure you grab those med kits

Description: I want to send some Special Mushrooms to my brother in town. But there are too many monsters. Please bring 7 Special Mushrooms to me.
Hint: Go deep into the forest and find places where they have mushrooms on it. You'll find the special mushrooms there. (If you can't find anymore special mushrooms just kill the little pigs.)

Description: The decorations on Bowguns have always been made from the horns of Kelbi. But we're running out! Can you bring 5 Kelbi Horns to me?
Hint: Bring with you quick weapons like dual blades and unsheath it when you are up close.
Technicaly we're just telling you to slash away at them till they die............duh

Description: One of the village people has fallen ill. I need a Wyvern Egg to cure him. Please sneak into a nest and get an egg for me! Use rations before you go in the wyvern nest.
HINT: You can find the eggs in area 5 there are velociprey. Pick up an egg then drop it then go out and kill all the monsters that spawn so u have a opening to just run to camp.

Mission Type: Hunting
Goal: Slay the Yian Kut-Ku

Description: I want you to hunt and kill the giant bird-like monster that has appeared in our jungle. It's wreaking havoc on our enviroment!
Hint: Hit the kut-ku's head with a hammer or horn repeatedly to concuss it.

Goal: Deliver 3 Piscine Livers

Description: I deal in rare items that I find in the desert. I've got a buyer for Piscine Wyvern and Sand Wyvern livers. Deliver 3 livers! The livers are usualy in the desert parts.(center of map.)
[edit] The Formidable Velocidrome
Mission Type: Hunting
Goal: Slay 1 Velocidrome
Reward: 800z
Area: Forest and Hills
Time Limit: 50 Minutes
Requestor: Young Guardsman
Description: After you killed those Velociprey, their leader showed up! It's bigger and it has an orange crest. Find it and kill it!
This quest appears as an Urgent Quest once the previous "training" quests have been done.
It first appears in area 10. if you fail the quest the first time, it will start appearing in areas 2 and 3. the best weapon that i could find to slay the monster was a "bone kris" as it is a quick weapon. you might have to upgrade it a few times though. and battle armor is pretty good for the job but if you cant be bothered getting that much money, you can make "bone mail" for a cheaper price. you can also make the "bone kris" rather than buying it, but for both of these you will have to find the materials to make it first. one of them is a few sm monster bones, and i'm not sure if u need any more materials... just chack the requirements to make it when u go to the guy that creates weapons.
i recommend throwing the flash bombs into the middle of the pack, and if the velociprey try to attack u when u are attacking the velocidrome, then press O and that should swing the "bone kris" around your character, dealing damage to the velocidrome as well as the velociprey, and it might even throw the velociprey off their feet.
P.S. the velocidrome will get knocked away from u by your attacks. this will happen a lot but i can assure u it will not die for a while, and it gets up quickly, so as soon as u see it get knocked away from u, run to it but keep your sword out as u will need to attack it as soon as it gets up and the weapon that i recommended does not slow u down too much.
the velocidrome would not be much of a challenge to people who have experience, but beginners might find it difficult so i suggest u stick with the tips.

Description: A large number of Felynes and Melynxes have gotten loose in the arena. Pay heed to their stealing skills and get rid of at least 25!
You need to kill only the white cats, so don't bother with the black ones unless they're being too pestering.

Area 10 is where most of them hang out, but if you want to fight a smaller amount go to the area that is right to your left when you enter area 1.
