The Plum Daimyo Hermitaur is a large, purple Carapaceon that inhabits the desert. It is a Daimyo Hermitaur color variant that wears a Diablos skullshell instead of a Monoblos skullshell. It is featured in the Japanese game Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. Unlike its red counterpart, the Plum Daimyo Hermitaur is weakest to Ice element, rather than Thunder. The horns on its shell can be broken, just like those of a Diablos.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
	A large carapaceon with a giant monster's skull on its back. Fond of the sand, it is mainly seen in the desert or jungle zones. Living underground, it surfaces when hungering for a snack.

NotesEdit

The Plum Daimyo Hermitaur starred in the 2 star quest for the Monster Hunter Freedom Unite PSN demo.
Their Water Beam attack has a longer distance than their red counterpart.
Capcom-Unity announces the 16th of March (as announced by Capcom staff) to be Daimyo Hermitaur and Plum Daimyo Hermitaur day, the second day of a series of Monster Days Capcom-Unity had created that happens each Wednesday of the week.^[1]
