The Onslaught Hammer is an extraordinary Hammer obtainable at High Rank and a good weapon to start the G-Lvl quests with. Even though it's very powerful and sharp it is very easy to make in comparison to other High Rank Hammers such as its rival, the Diablos Chaos Broker, which has superior Raw but negative affinity.
Made of solely High Rank ores, this Hammer is obtainable as soon as HR4 but the Union Ore needed are much easier to obtain in the HR5 quests. It also becomes available as soon as the Nekoht quests in MHFU are unlocked.
Powerful, sharp and easy to make, this weapon is a must-have for all Hammerers. In Monster Hunter Freedom Unite it even gets 2 more upgrades which, once again, result in one of the best general-purpose Hammers of the game. It is capable of slaying Akantor ,High-rank Shen Gaoren and Azure Lao-Shan Lung with the right equipment.
