The Ice Element is a very chilling one indeed. Realistically, not many monsters possess it except for a handful, such as Blangonga and Ukanlos though the number of monsters weak to Ice is staggeringly high in comparison, with monsters like the classic Rathalos, the Emerald Congalala, the Copper Blangonga and Rajang. The Ice Element is used in a variety of weapons, and shows white chunks breaking and falling upon impact with a monster. Usually, monsters using the Ice Element are weak to the Fire Element. The ice element didn't exist until Monster Hunter 2.
