Ok. I'll Tell the truth. I am stuck on the elder troublesome pair urgent quest. I just can't beat it. I tried My eternal strife and that didn't work at all. I tried devil slicer and that was even worse.
Currently I Have:
Full Death Steanch (upgraded as high as i can i think i have 295 def or somthing)
1 max potion 10 mega potions 10 potions 10 herbs 10 antidotes like 50 paintballs 3 pyschosyrum
I Have a plan to get the tormentor long sword. SHould i Be able to kill like this? or should i get flashbombs and tons of traps two?

hmm.. i killed pink rathian and blue rathalos with a true devil slicer, most of the time i use as many shock traps and flash bombs to kill him. your items are perfect. you should use a good weapon that your accustomed to so it can feel easier but the more u try u learn his moves better so u can become used to them and then doing this mission will be really easy.! :)

Yeah it's perty funny because i'm awful at hitting the bombs while there sleeping with a thrown Knife, ect. because i allways hit them instead. And the small barrel bomb wakes them up and gets the damage bonous away. So i just run up and kick it. 100%garunteed boom.Slappy slam 17:38, 3 April 2008 (UTC)
