You know, some people on certain areas that may give you advices, a place to stay in and other more. We all know that the veggie elders are the ONLY people that can help you at a certain area. Just like a wounded hunter seeking for help. And if you helped him, might join you on your quest and will reward you something(like in the MHOrage manga) Carinodren 04:26, September 4, 2010 (UTC)
This could be pretty good if done right. I like it. Lord Invictus Pane 06:10, September 4, 2010 (UTC)
This could, in some cases, add an entire extra leval of depth to the game. Maybe a shakalaka who boosts your stats with a dance, then dissapears. I think that there shouldnt be too many, though. This is a great idea, but will need to be expertly exacuted.

I'm 100% on this one, and I'm don't 100% like stuff much. Like 1/3 of the quest talks about a client in the area who is searching for the monster or wants protection or is wounded. And yet capcom hasn't figured how cool it would be to team up with something besides a feylne? I think you should help them hunt a monster, for quests where they say they want to hunt it. And on those rare quests where they help you, they might join your team afterwards. There should only be enough of these join quest for every weapon type though. However I would love this idea, 100%. This could be swayed to increase the difficulty of some quests. For example you have to worry about keeping the person alive long enough to kill whatever they are after or get them evacuated depending on the scenario. More likely than not they will have already pissed off the monster which could be used to make it extremely aggressive and possibly even in rage mode from the begining. It could be played out similar to an egg or powderstone delivery quest except you could set the person down to drive away the monster untl you could get them back to the base camp bed or something like that. I think that a quest like Vebnstuff described would be incredibly hard to do, but i like the Idea. Also, Maybe have the person you're rescuing be unconsious and have the boss monsterr try to take him/her to their nest? another layer of difficulty. I think something like that woud work well because with an egg or powderstone quest you can't set those down like you could a person.Aion Nova 03:39, September 23, 2010 (UTC)
