After killing Fatalis in the download quest or the unlockable quest, you can carve him 9 times, much like Lao-Shan. These carve locations are:

Carves:

Fatalis Horn	"The power of the dragon is said to reside in the four horns atop his skull
Fatalis Scale	"A scale from Fatalis body that goes on to from a shell
Fatalis Shell	"A multi-layered caparace that cannot be damaged by normal weaponary"
Fatalis Eye	"The cristalyne eyeball from a Fatalis. One of the three great treasures"

Commendation	"Ticket awarded for a display of bravery. Try collecting them"
Novacristal	"Brigthly glowing cristal. Extremely hard, it is used for tools in armory"
