Explosive Peak Duramboros is a Special Species of Duramboros introduced in Monster Hunter Explore.
Physiology[]
Explosive Peak Duramboros resembles Rusted Duramboros given its tail shape. It has a reddish brown hide and dark brown horns and shells. Its humps are broken by default, with some magma flowing on its back.
Abilities[]
Apart from causing tremor, its tail slam also creates fiery splashes, which inflicts Burn to nearby hunters. Its tail sweep also inflicts Burn. Its jump attack has extended hitboxes and inflicts Burn from direct impact. It enrages easily and does not exit rage naturally. Before unleashing its signature move, it will roar with bursts of flames around its feet. If its spin attack was not interrupted, it will soar up to the sky and create an area-wide long lasting explosion upon impact with the ground.

General Notes
- The impact of its jump attacks is unguardable.
- Getting struck by its tail from the jump attack results in Stun.
- While most monsters enrages by reaching 75% HP, Explosive Duramboros has a very low threshold.
- It stays enraged indefinitely until the hunter inflicts enough damage.
