An old Yian Garuga that is a veteran in fighting. Deadeye Yian Garuga is a rare Bird Wyvern that is a lot more unpredictable than any normal Yian Garuga individual.
Habitat Range[]
In the Old World, Deadeye Yian Garuga have been observed in the Forest and Hills, Jurassic Frontier, Jungle, Tower, Sanctuary and Volcanic Hollow.
Ecological Niche[]
Yian Garuga hunt almost exclusively at night, using its deadly poison or stabbing its prey to finish off its victim. If hunting another predatory species such as a Velocidrome, Yian Garuga will first stun the creature with its roar before launching any attacks. However, it has to compete with Rathalos, Rathian, Abiorugu, Tigrex, Espinas Subspecies, Dyuragaua, Berukyurosu, Nargacuga, Seregios, and the rare Rajang. However, being one of if not the most feared member of the Bird Wyvern class these creatures are fully capable of defending themselves against potential threats.
Biological Adaptions[]
Deadeye Yian Garuga have many of the same adaptions as Yian Garuga, however, there is a few differences between them. Unlike normal Yian Garuga, these old individuals have a glowing red eye, similar to Nargacuga, that leave a glowing red trail. Due to many battles these rare Yian Garuga have had, scars cover their body and an eye is even missing. From old age, Deadeye Yian Garuga have been found with moss growing on their tail and wings, giving those parts a greenish color. One major difference from normal Yian Garuga is the Deadeye Yian Garuga's poison. Unlike normal Yian Garuga, Deadeye Yian Garuga have a different type of poison known as Deadly Poison. This poison reacts much quicker than Noxious Poison and causes major pain for a few seconds as it quickly poisons the prey item.
Behavior[]
Deadeye Yian Garuga are far more war-like than normal Yian Garuga, making them more dangerous. Due to their great experience in fighting, the Hunter's Guild only allows hunters with special permits to hunt down a Deadeye Yian Garuga. However, this is quite risky. Most of the fights Deadeye Yian Garuga have had is said to be with hunters. They have fought, defeated, and even killed many hunters through out their lifetime, showing these monsters can easily turn the hunters into prey without hesitation. From this, Deadeye Yian Garuga is one rare monster many hunters dream to hunt.
