The Bullfango are aggressive wild boars. These Pelagii are sometimes found in packs and will charge all intruders once noticed. They are very territorial, and can be a considerable nuisance. Although these creatures aren't much of a challenge for veteran hunters, they can be extremely dangerous to beginners, and can even be a threat to more powerful hunters when they attack in groups. Bullfango can be extremely irritating when fighting a large target monster in its territory; their unexpected charges knock hunters to the ground, canceling the hunter's efforts and leaving him or her at the mercy of the larger monster. There are leaders to the Bullfango pack: larger-sized Bullfango with a few tufts of silver hair known as the Bulldrome, which can be almost two to three times larger than the typical Bullfango.

[edit] Trivia

  • There are multiple, unusually large Bullfango in the 'Charge...Charge...Charge!' Quest.
  • In a group, Bullfango's can be very irritating since they will often charge at you one after another, while you are fighting other Bullfangos or other monsters.
