• One of the two upgrades from the Black Lance, the other being the Black Ruiner Lance.

• The Black Dragon Spear is superior in Raw, but inferior in terms of Dragon element and Sharpness. Both suffer from -20% Affinity however, so it is often recommended to use them in conjunction with the skill 'Reckless Abandon+2/3'.
